Opportunity Information

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Nocturnist to join their established program in Roseville, CA.

 

Program Structure:

  • 13 shifts per month (avg)
  • 12-hr Nocturnist shift with an average admitting volume of of 8-10
  •  
  • Robust sub-specialty support
  • Codes are run by the ICU and ER
  • RRT runs by Hospitalist
  • No ICU coverage, no procedures
  • Teaching opportunities available

Scheduling Structure:

  • Physicians (in general) have 2 weekends off each month
  • Flexible scheduling policy

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree (or equivalent medical degree) from an accredited medical school.

  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and board certification or board-eligibility in Internal Medicine (for many positions) at time of hire or Family Medicine with 2 years of direct experience.

  • Valid medical licensure in the State of California (or eligibility to obtain it) prior to starting.

  • Unrestricted DEA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nocturnist

Full-time annual compensation is $398,810+ bonuses and differentials.
