Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Palliative Medicine physician to join our Supportive Oncology team as a Clinician/Educator. As a physician-owned and led organization, we strive to create a modern and flexible approach to group practice.

Opportunity Details:

  • Full time opportunity – ½ time Clinician, ½ time Educator
  • Hybrid, virtual outpatient palliative medicine
  • Participate in core rotation focused on communication skill training and primary palliative medicine for internal medicine residents
  • Participate in Cancer Committee, quality improvement committees
  • Teach oncology fellows during their palliative medicine rotation
  • Option to follow patients when hospitalized, or partner with robust inpatient team

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • Must maintain board certification in primary specialty
